Use of the service

You may use POASMS only to send messages that recipients expect from you and that comply with Tanzanian law, TCRA rules and the policies of the WhatsApp Business Platform. Promotional messages must include a way to opt out, and you must honour opt-outs.

Accounts and payment

Prepaid credits are charged per message part when a message is accepted for delivery and refunded when the network rejects it. Credits do not expire. Postpaid accounts are invoiced monthly and payable within 7 days.

Prohibited content

Fraud, scams, harassment, unlawful content, and messages sent without the recipient's consent are prohibited and lead to suspension.

Liability

Delivery depends on mobile networks and Meta; POASMS does not guarantee delivery times. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected messages.
